Just a little feedback on the benefit of Tuesday’s presentation. World Courier is a supplier of time critical transport services. We normally get involved when people have suffered a supply chain catastrophe. Being able to relate some of the simple messages from Tuesday’s presentation back to real life situations that my customers are facing, helps to create a clarity that leads to a proper solution. A simple cost/benefit analysis of a customers needs last night, with the lean presentation in mind, helps to represent savings for them approaching a six-figure sum on a single job. For me, the information gained from these events helps me to perform better in my role at World Courier, which ultimately provides a better service to my customers.
