Would you be able to pass on my thanks to Chris in your Dubbo office for hosting the lean visit to Sydney last week.
By the way the team came back from Sydney I would have to say it was well worth the time and effort to go. I would suggest my crewlearned masses from seeing how it is done.

I am now in danger of being run over by the lean steam train. The process and concept has well and truly grown legs and it is away! A second project is half done and the third is on the drawing board.

The boys have shown the entire crew “Kaizen toast” and 5S will be followed. All in 3 days! Magic!!
Not bad as it took more then 3 months to get the first project away!

Once again thanks for the opportunity. I would like to be involved if any further visits are planned. This is a valuable way for my crew to learn and pass on their learning’s.
